The Green Goodness $8 ($10 when you add roasted chicken or Italian sausage)

This is a herb pesto that is sure to bring goodness to any palate! Most pestos consist of only basil, but this one also contains parsley and oregano. This gives it a more herbaceous well rounded flavor. The green goodness dish is sautéed with spinach, artichoke and of course tossed with our campanelle pasta and topped with parmesan cheese. You can add chicken or sausage or leave it vegan style, either way it’s the goodness!

The Red Bliss $8 ($10 when you add roasted chicken or Italian sausage)

This is a Blissful roasted vegetable tomato sauce! It contains tomatoes, (obviously) carrot, onion, celery, garlic, red bell peppers, and herbs. It’s not your typical tomato sauce, it’s flavorful, earthy, and just  divine once it’s tossed with our campanelle pasta! And just to add to the blissfulness we finish it with parmesan cheese and basil oil!

The White delight. $8 ($10 when you add roasted chicken or Italian sausage)

White delight, white delight. So good you have to say it twice! This one is a customer favorite. Why wouldn’t it be? Who doesn’t love a good parmesan alfredo, or better yet a parmesan alfredo pan sauce! I’ll explain, most alfredo sauces served to the public are either canned (I know eew) or pre-made, which is fine but lacks in flavor. The pan sauce is created when we sauté the onion, garlic, and herbs then we add meat (if desired). Once all of that is cooked together we hit it with the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Once the cream is added it pulls all the flavors together and creates what is known as a pan sauce. Once it’s tossed with our campanelle pasta and topped with parmesan cheese, it’s go time!

The Golden Splendor. $8 ($10 when you add roasted chicken or Italian sausage)

For the mac n cheese lovers we have the golden splendor! It’s creamy, it’s cheesy, it’s splendiferous!!! We start of with sautéing the onion and garlic puree, then we add cream, parmesan, and mild cheddar cheese. Once it’s all happy and bubbly we toss it with our campanelle past and finished with toasted panko bread crumbs. We apologize in advance because once you taste this you won’t be able to go back to the box variety!

Broccoli Kale salad (summer) Glazed Kale (winter) $5 ($7 when you add roasted chicken or Italian sausage)

For the salad lovers we have the Broccoli Kale Salad! It’s a nice hearty salad with broccoli, kale, cabbage, tossed with a honey dijon dressing and garnished with dried cranberries and raw sunflower kernels. You get tons of vitamin A and C from the red cabbage, vitamin K and folate from the kale, plus potassium and fiber from the broccoli! One of these salad will have you feeling great for the day.

In the winter you may feel like having a salad, but not feel like eating something cold. The solution? Glazed kale! I take a puree of onion and garlic with salt and pepper and sauté it in olive oil. Then I add the honey dijon dressing to the pan and when it starts to simmer I toss in the kale and glaze it with all that warm happiness going on in the pan! Once it’s boxed I top it with raw sunflower kernels. I like the soft walnut flavor that raw sunflower seeds have, so they accompany these salads nicely!
